Franchise candidates need a minimum net worth of $500,000 and at least $300,000 in unencumbered liquid assets.

Each prospective franchise group must have a dedicated Managing Owner with a minimum of 10% ownership who must live within a pre-approved distance from their Penn Station franchises*.

Development agreement: $3,500 per restaurant reserves the development rights to each territory.

*Each franchise group must designate a qualified Managing Owner (sometimes also known in the industry as the “Operating Partner”) to attend all training and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the business. This full-time, hands-on position is an integral, senior-level operational role in the company and they must have 10% minimum ownership in the franchise. The Managing Owner must live near the market where your restaurant(s) will be located. Many franchisees utilize a recruiter to locate and hire for this key position if they do not already have a candidate in mind.
